They all produce a blend of wine that comes out in January every year, the blend consists of 50% Grüner Veltliner 30% Sauvignon Blanc 20% Gelber Muskateller. Greenthumb wants to change the way we see wine, making it interactive, connective and personal. Greenthumb is nature pure!

All wineries have to work in a biodynamic way, to be able to be a part of this project. Traditional wineries, that have been around for a long time, in combination with a modern, up to date, exclusive marketing platform.

Connect with people and the community, sharing videos and posts about updates to the wineries, whats happening in the gardens, live video stream to the vineyards seeing how the the wine is developing on the vine. Connecting people and nature, we bring the nature to you and the reward fantastic high quality limited edition wine.

GREENTHUMB - THE PURPOSE
Greenthumb is a symbol for change. It is a set of principles whose aim is to challenge the way we live and consume, and the connections we make, both social and personal.

Greenthumb is a collaboration between producers of traditional, artisanal wines and an urban market who has become removed from the connection with a sense of time & place; a product‘s natural origin.

Greenthumb‘s desire however is to create a sense of joy and connection with our environment and community. Each collaboration and conversation associated with the greenthumb brand will honour the following principles:

Principle of Health
Practices should sustain and enhance the health of soil, plant, animal, human and planet as one and indivisible.

Principle of Ecology
Practices should be based on living ecological systems and cycles, work with them, emulate them and help sustain them.

Principle of Fairness
Practices should build on relationships that ensure fairness with regard to the common environment and life opportunities.

Principle of Care
Practices should be managed in a precautionary and responsible manner to protect the health and well-being of current and future generations and the environment.
