How do I place an order?

First up, relax, browse and add some items to your cart...

Take your time to browse our range of wines , select the ones you prefer and add items to your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like. To get an overview of your items, click on the shopping cart symbol at the top of the page.

 

Changed your mind? 

No problem – you can delete individual items from your shopping cart at any time or change the quantity as well.

Final step - purchase

To purchase the items in your cart, simply click on the shopping cart on the top of the website. Review your shopping cart and continue directly to the checkout.

Payment and Shipping

For orders with greenthumb you have the following payment options:

  • Direct bank transfer to our account

  • Paypal

  • Visa and MasterCard

Thanks to our logistics and order management systems we will ship the majority of our orders on the day we receive payment. All goods are shipped directly to your doorstep via the fastest route possible.

Your order will be delivered straight to your door with your national postal service. For most orders, you will receive your items 1-2 business days after your payment has cleared. (This is valid for destinations in Austria and Germany). Please allow for 4-5 business days if you order from Europe, 5-10 days for other destinations outside of Europe.
